About Jamie
Jamie Coccimiglio is a dedicated and accomplished real estate professional with a deep passion for the industry. Born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, Jamie has a strong understanding of the local market that few can match.
He began his real estate career in 2007, supported by a strong academic background. Jamie earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours from Laurentian University, giving him a solid grasp of the business side of real estate.
Over the years, Jamie has achieved impressive success in the field. His commitment to excellence has earned him top sales awards with EXIT Realty Corp. International, highlighting his ability to deliver great results for his clients.
Jamie is also a successful brokerage owner at EXIT Realty True North. Thanks to his leadership, the company has grown to include 70 agents working across five locations: Sault Ste. Marie, Barrie, St. Joseph Island, Chapleau, and Blind River.
One of Jamie’s greatest passions is helping others succeed in real estate. He enjoys teaching, training, and coaching agents, creating a positive and growth-focused environment while making the business-building journey fun for agents across Northern Ontario.
Outside of work, Jamie is a proud father of two children. He loves outdoor adventures like dirt biking and snowmobiling, and he values time with his family most of all—they are his biggest source of inspiration.
